The build features a clean, modern rendered exterior, giving the rear elevation a sharp and contemporary appearance that complements the existing structure. Large triple-glazed patio doors were installed to maximise natural light and create a strong connection between the indoor living space and the garden. Internally, underfloor heating was fitted throughout the extension, providing efficient, even heat distribution while maintaining a clutter-free, minimalist finish.
